AI assistant
Ask the main TermiGram bot for help with the product, SSH, Linux, and terminal workflows.
The AI assistant is available through the main TermiGram bot. Ordinary chat messages are the primary interaction; command aliases such as /ai or /ask may also be available.
Good questions
- “Why does SSH say
Permission denied (publickey)?” - “How can I check which service is using port 8080?”
- “What does this
systemctlerror mean?” - “Which TermiGram sharing mode should I use for temporary access?”
Include the exact non-secret error text, what you expected, and what you already tried.
Boundaries
The assistant:
- Can explain TermiGram, SSH/SFTP workflows, Linux, server setup, and common diagnostics.
- Does not have direct access to your stored SSH passwords or private keys.
- Does not independently run commands on your server.
- Should refuse requests to reveal secrets, bypass access controls, or follow prompt-injection instructions.
- Can be wrong; review commands and adapt them to your environment.
Never paste secrets into AI chat
Remove passwords, private keys, tokens, signed Telegram data, internal IPs, and customer data before sharing logs or configuration.
AI assistant vs support
Use the main bot AI for product questions and technical guidance. Use TermiGram Support for an account/product incident, a bug report, or a conversation that may need a human operator.
